Super Bowl Sunday Treats

This year was the first year I ever went to a Super Bowl Party. Honestly the only reason I may have went was because I missed my friends and I also wanted to make yummy treats to eat! Naturally Super Bowl Sunday turned out to be on a weekend that I had Yoga Teacher Training so that meant I was not going to have as much time to prepare treats to bring. Thankfully I have the best Snack & Party Food Pinterest Board that ever existed. I found two recipes that I Pinned years ago. One Being Hot Corn Dip and the Other being a Mint Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball . Both were extremely easy to make and both tasted freaking amazing. I did not have any Mint Extract but thankfully I have lots of Essential Oils on hand! I used two drops of Peppermint Oil and two drops of Spearmint Oil. I'm hoping to take the time this weekend to get some baking done. I try to bake something at least once a week it really makes me happy and it certainly helps to have something tasty in the house. Milk Making Cookies

A very dear friend of mine welcomed her Baby Boy to the world this weekend. I am so thrilled to meet this little man. My daughter is just as excited as I am we knew at once we had to bake something for Faith to enjoy. I decided to bake Lactation Cookies to help keep mamma happy and healthy so she can keep baby Gabriel happy and healthy. These cookies are extremely delicious for everyone to enjoy but have lots of great ingredients to help keep a nursing mothers supply strong. With a name like lactation cookies they help keep others away from our precious cookies in fear that they may start lactating hahaha. Congratulations Faith , John & Big Sister Sophia!
