Ok yes maybe the Headline is a little dramatic but I never claimed to not be a dramatic person. I am having such a hard time staying motivated to run during the winter. Nowwith all the snow we got I'm not even a little excited to run at all. I seriously love running. I feel like a huge part of me is missing when I dont run. Im not a fan of the cold. My buddies at work have really been keeping me motivated because the three of us decided to sign up for a 50 miler in May so we needed to start a training schedule right away. The weekday runs have not really been an issue they mostly consist of 4-6 mile distances so far. Its the weekend runs that are really high already at weeks 4 & 5 that have me feeling a little bummed. I was supposed to do 20 miles on Saturday and 8 on Sunday. I got in 10 miles on my friends treadmill on Saturday and it was a tough 10. Ok let me back up a little bit.
